Refund policy
Due to the nature of handmade products unless items arrive broken all sales are final. If your item arrives broken please contact me as soon as possible with photos of damaged items so we can work out a solution.
If you purchase tickets for in person workshops and are not able to attend please contact me before the day of the event to work out a solution cancelations a week or more before the event will be for a full refund 7 days or less from day of the event your ticket will be credited towards future events. No call no shows will forfeit your ticket cost.
Custom item deposit fees are non refundable, custom items will not be shipped until full payment is complete after item completion, if your item arrives damaged please contact as soon as possible with photos of packaging and item damage to work out a solution.
